The China Mystery Square Circle is a time-tested production principle dressed in a sharp, theatrical design: a colorful cylindrical tube and a square display box, that sits on a small platform, with a see-through front (complete with bold vertical “bars” for a dramatic, impossible look). You begin by removing the tube from the box and showing the box empty. Then you show the tube empty as well. Everything looks fair and open—because it is.

Now the fun: place the tube back into the box and, with a magical gesture, produce an item—a large silk, a small plush bunny, or whatever your routine calls for. Want to push the impossibility? Remove the tube again, show the box and tube empty once more, and produce additional items. It’s visual, repeatable, and plays beautifully for stage, parlor, and living-room shows.
